I stayed at The Avalon during my visit to the Miami area early last year and I recommend it.

Just across from the beach, this hotel is located in the heart of Ocean Drive hotspots, clubs, and restaurants.

It’s also right across from the beach so it’s a perfect location.  Parking can be a little difficult down here but there are parking ramps nearby.

A Fish Called Avalon is the restaurant in the hotel’s lobby and it has some of the best food.  The seafood and chicken here are great.  They also have live music.
