1. The Gulfarium

Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park is one of the best indoor activities in Destin, Florida. 

Ok, so technically in Fort Walton Beach, this state-of-the-art facility is home to hundreds of marine animals including dolphins, stingrays, sea turtles, alligators, and more.

Interact with the animals during dolphin encounters and animal feedings, or watch them frolic in their natural habitat from the underwater viewing tunnel.

Visitors can learn about the local ecosystem and get up close and personal with some of the resident animals through a variety of educational programs. 

The Gulfarium also has several exhibits to see, dolphin & sea lion shows, and a gift shop.

During the summer months, the Gulfarium offers Breakfast Under The Sea, where you eat next to the fish in the aquarium, and you get to feed a penguin while you wait for your food!

The Destin History & Fishing Museum is a great place to learn about the history of Destin, Florida’s small fishing village, and the surrounding area.

Another exhibit here is The Destin Fishing Rodeo, which happens every October and attracts visitors from all over the world.

5. Escape Zone 60

Escape Zone 60 is a fun place to visit and spend a good time in Destin, Florida that offers a variety of fun and challenging escape rooms.
